Sarah Dyck. Midwifery student

Sarah is a senior midwifery student in the Midwifery Education Program (MEP) at McMaster University. She is honoured to be completing her fourth-year placement at the Kitchener-Waterloo Midwifery Associates.

Sarah grew up in Grey Bruce County on a small sheep farm outside of Owen Sound and is currently living in Brantford with her husband, Ben, and their dog, Angus. Prior to starting the MEP, Sarah completed her BSc in Life Physics and Biology at the University of Waterloo and worked in a variety of healthcare roles.

Sarah fulfilled her first midwifery placement at the Community Midwives of Brantford and completed other interprofessional placements at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, Oakville Valley Health in Markham, and Grand River Hospital. She will be completing her midwifery degree in April 2024.
